As for me, I'm all about turning spaces into works of art through staging and decorating. Our journey took us to Shelter Cove, where the views and peaceful setting blew us away. The Beach Barn was a challenge to say the least! It needed some serious TLC, and with our hearts set on the project we bought this coastal fixer upper. Mike and his son Mikey lived in Shelter Cove for six months during the remodel. I'd come often, picking out finishes and lending a hand where I could.
We're over the moon with how it turned out. We visit every month, keeping it in top-notch shape. When we're not in renovation mode, Mike and I love exploring quaint towns and soaking up nature's beauty. Exciting times ahead as we watch our Shelter Cove gem evolve. For Pilots: If you’re a pilot and wish to fly into Shelter Cove, our location is conveniently within walking distance of the runway. Car rentals are also available through Turo for your convenience.
Local Recommendation: We highly recommend a visit to the Kings Range Visitor Center. The knowledgeable BLM staff can provide valuable insights about hiking trails, and they have a captivating 3D map of the mountain range on display.
No Exceptions: Please note that absolutely no dogs or other animals are allowed on the property. Additionally, this home is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
